We have worked with Mark twice. He helped us through the process of finding and buying a lot on which we will be building our future house. Mark was respectful to find a lot that fell well within our budget parameters. We found his knowledge about buying a lot helpful. Mark also helped us sell our home in Westminster. We knew there would be some difficultly since the house is on what some consider to be a busy road. Prior to listing, Mark did a walk through and provided a list of recommendations for improvements. Afterwards, Mark set reasonable expectations for what our price point should be and gave us staging advice. Mark was respectful when we were not fully able to meet all the recommendations. In addition, we started the listing price higher than originally discussed. After a few weeks on the market, we changed our home presentation and lowered the price. We recently used Mark for the second time. He helped us buy our starter home in 2011 and we had such a great experience we brought him back when we were looking for an upgrade.
